Sri Shaktiman Ghosh General Secretary, National Hawker Federation and Sri Ali Baqri, Working President, National Hawker Federation, had a meeting with Dr. N. Satyanarayan, Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration and Mission Director of Mission for Elimination Poverty in Municipal Areas. There are 176 Municipal Corporation under him who works under his Direction.
Major issues discussed in this meeting are
1. Without constitution of an elected Town Vending Committee how can they pass resolution to construct Food Zone and other kinds of Vending zone.
2. The Town Vending Committee’s formed by Selection and Not by Election so it is against the act and must be constituted by Election.
3. Without giving a Registration Certificate how are they distributing the ID Cards to the Vendors.
They accepted all are points in the light of Law and promised that they will look into it.
Sri Shaktiman Ghosh thanked him for their excellent works in other municipal region except Hyderabad where they have disbursed maximum of PM-Swanindhi Loan and registered Vendors.
The Director said that we must submit a Representation with all are points and objectives and most important highlight all the Don’ts and Doe’s which must be taken care in the execution of rehabilitation and regulation of the Vendors.
