Participative Research

Participative research has been the hallmark of processes which enables documentation of existing conditions and the changes aspired that in an attempt to reach the far fetched goals that a community might aspire, the bond it builds between the community and the organization is immense. Community’s approach to engage in the process itself is a learning opportunity for the researchers wherein new ideas and concepts evolve, some of which may take shape in future. At the end of it, one thing is sure that participation is necessary if research has to make a change.
